Why I founded ANM Search.
After decades in executive search and firsthand experience building technology businesses, I wanted to create a firm that brought these perspectives together in a more focused, personally led model.

Private Equity & Portfolio Companies
As a Partner at ECB STAR, an Alvarez & Marsal company, I worked across software, technology and emerging technology, supporting private equity firms and portfolio companies with executive search and organisational consulting. This experience strengthened my understanding of the leadership challenges associated with growth, transformation and business performance.
Building Technology Businesses
I co-founded Dataforce Corporation, an Oracle consulting business recognised in the Inc. 500 for two consecutive years, and Skyytek Corporation, a cloud-based SaaS business subsequently acquired by a NetSuite partner. Building businesses firsthand has shaped how I assess leadership — not simply by a candidate's credentials, but by their ability to deliver in a demanding commercial environment.
Building Executive Search Practices
I co-founded M Search in 2007 and spent more than 15 years developing its global software and technology executive search practice. Throughout my career, I have partnered with investor-backed businesses, high-growth technology companies and global enterprises on critical leadership appointments.
